| HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR VISA® GIFT CARD

Visa® gift cards will not automatically be sent when a qualifying order is
placed.To receive your Visa® gift card, first-time users will be required to complete
a “one time” registration. |
Step 1: Once you have placed your packaged order, log on to
www.shellrebatecenter.com/customerappreciation
and create an account.
Step 2: Complete the online gift card request form. Please allow up to 3 weeks for mailing of gift card.

Once you have completed the registration, you will be required to log in using your
user name and password for all future gift card request submissions. NOTE: you will
need a new order number each time you place a request. Please
